1. Definitions

Company: Refers to Shree Samarth Courier Services.

Customer: Refers to any individual or entity using our courier services.

Shipment: Refers to any package, parcel, or document sent through our services.

Prohibited Items: Refers to goods that cannot be shipped as per legal regulations and company policies.
2. Service Scope

Shree Samarth Courier Services provides domestic and international courier services in partnership with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Aramex.

The Company offers door-to-door delivery for parcels, subject to service availability and location feasibility.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided but are subject to unforeseen delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors.
3. Booking & Shipment

Customers must provide accurate sender and receiver details, including full addresses and contact numbers.

Shipments will only be accepted if they comply with packaging standards and do not contain prohibited items.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any shipment without prior notice.
4. Prohibited & Restricted Items
Customers must ensure that shipments do not include:

Hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable items

Illegal drugs, firearms, and counterfeit goods

Perishable goods (unless permitted under special handling conditions)

Items restricted by international shipping regulations

Items must not include currency notes, jewellery, contraband, explosives, IATA-restricted items, or other prohibited items.

Any other item that violates local or international laws
5. Charges & Payments

Shipping charges are determined based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Additional charges may apply for customs duties, taxes, or remote area deliveries.

Payments must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Liability & Insurances

The Company will not be liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by force majeure events.

Customers may opt for insurance coverage at an additional cost to cover loss or damage to shipments.

In case of damage or loss, claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with supporting documentation.

Liability for shipment damage or loss is limited to US$100 per CWB, or the cost of construction or invoice value, whichever is lower.
7. Customs Clearance

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper documentation for customs clearance.

The Company is not liable for customs delays, duties, or confiscation of shipments due to non-compliance.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper documentation for customs clearance.

The Company is not liable for customs delays, duties, or confiscation of shipments due to non-compliance.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in Mumbai.
